so I tried Phenocal for a little over a month, i didn’t notice any real difference on the scale. I was also trying to eat better during that time, so I was expecting to see at least some kind of progress.
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t do much. It ended up feeling like a waste of money, and I don’t think I’d order it again.

I did get a response from support, so I can’t really complain too much. Maybe I was being a bit impatient because I was already having a busy day, but it took longer than I expected. They did help me sort things out in the end, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked

I wanted to like it, and there are a couple of things about it that seem decent. But for what it costs, I just don’t think it’s worth the money. Maybe it’s great for someone else, but for me it felt way too pricey

I can’t say for sure it was the only reason, but most days my appetite did seem lower, and I found myself reaching for snacks less often.

I picked up Phenocal hoping it would give me a little boost with energy and maybe help my metabolism, but i didn’t feel much of anything. I took it exactly like the label said for a few weeks, and most days I felt pretty much the same, except for a couple times where I just felt jittery. For what it costs, I really expected to notice some kind of difference. Instead, I feel like I wasted my money and energy trying to make it work. Maybe it helps other people, but it wasn’t for me, and I won’t be ordering it again

I tried to return my order and get a refund, and it turned into a much bigger headache than it needed to be. I kept having to check in for updates, and the replies I got were vague, so I never really knew what was going on.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was slow and frustrating. At this point, I’m not just expecting the refund to be handled quickly, I feel like some kind of compensation would be fair for all the time I had to spend chasing it

Maybe it works differently for other people, but for me the side effects were way too much. I ended up stopping quickly because I just didn’t feel right on it.

I really wish there had been a clearer warning about how intense it could feel. Personally, it didn’t feel safe or comfortable for me at all...
